Analog output sensor series


Turck has expanded its inductive sensor product range with a series of analog output sensors with IO-Link protocol for flush and non-flush mounting.


Thanks to the internal integrated microprocessor, BI11-CK40 and NI25-CK40 products have significantly improved linearity and accuracy. Due to internal
 temperature compensation, their temperature range can reach -25~+70℃. The product has a standard 0~10V analog output and an additional IO-Link
interface with configurable parameters, which can provide accurate measurement data and can also be used for predictive maintenance.

Process data that can be transmitted via IO-Link minimizes downtime in the event of equipment failure. Non-flush products can reach a detection range of 25mm.
 For flush products, the linearity is less than 1%; for non-flush products, the linearity is less than 2.5%. The rugged IP67 protection rating provides maximum accuracy
and reliability, making it suitable for use in a variety of applications in machine manufacturing, packaging, energy and automotive industries. The shell form of CK40 is
easy to install and effectively saves installation space. The detection surface can be adjusted with tools, and the detection surface can be adjusted to 5 different directions in total.
